The Chambole-Musigny Premier Cru Les Amoureuses of DomaineAlbert Bihot comes from a parcel located in the heart of the Catede Nuits. The climat Les Amoureuses (Le Innamorate), as you can imagine its name gives origin to delicate wines. The aging of this wine lasts from 14 to 16 months in oak barriques, permetanuove. The nose is complex, with strawberry aromas Gariguette, red currant, figs and leather. It has a beautiful structure with silky tannins and has a nice balance on the palate.
