A very distinctive red soil, rich in iron oxide, volcanic rock, sand and slate, lends the wine its one-of-a-kind spicy character.
The vines are ungrafted, 100–120 years old, yielding an exceptional Riesling: opulent with exotic fruit and spice aromas, powerful in structure, complex and full-bodied, with tremendous aging potential.

Characteristics：
The nose is clean and fresh right upon opening, releasing bright, precise classic spice notes typical of old-vine Riesling, with a subtle reductive character that will reach its peak after aeration.On the palate, it is rich, refined and elegant — a highly textured, mineral- and saline-driven spicy vineyard expression with incredible tension and charm.Full and opulent in body, it leaves a persistent saline finish with a firm, focused tannic grip, making it highly suitable for long-term cellaring.
