品酒笔记：淡稻草色，新鲜成熟的柑橘、桃子香气，口感顺渭酒体中等，特有的成熟果味与清新的酸度，优雅平衡，酒精度适中，回味宜人。

酿造：去皮，轻柔压榨，避免萃取出苦味酚类化合物使用天然酵母，不锈钢桶中进行酒精发酵，发酵温控在16°C至20°C之间打断苹果酸乳酸发酵，在精细酒泥中熟化6个月；在旧法桶和混凝土桶中熟化7-9个月。

Characteristics：Light straw color, fresh ripe citrus, peach aromas, medium body, characteristic ripe fruit and fresh acidity, elegant balance, medium alcohol, pleasant finish.

Brewing: Peeled, gently pressed to avoid extraction of bitter phenolic compounds using natural yeast, alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel barrels, fermentation temperature controlled between 16°C and 20°C to break malolactic fermentation, aged in fine wine purees for 6 months; Aged in old and concrete barrels for 7-9 months.
