Lucy Cousins (露西．卡森)

露西．卡森出生于1964年，她在1990年于英国皇家艺术学院取得视觉设计硕士学位毕业后，便出版了一本现今闻名全球的小鼠波波，至今相关系列作品已经在全世界热卖超过三千万本。她的绘画有着个人独特的风格，饱满的颜色，大胆的线条，不仅幼儿有十足的吸引力，连大人也无法抵挡她绘画的魅力。她的作品不仅在市场上创下销售佳绩，也获得无数奖项的肯定，让她成为了当代著名的插画家之一。

露西．卡森目前定居于英国汉普郡的彼得斯菲尔德，她养育了四个小孩，这四个孩子带给她许多创作的灵感，也因为身为母亲的切身经验，让她了解幼儿的心理需求，她笔下角色在故事中的冒险，生动的就像是全世界任何一个小孩的生活经验，因此受到全世界儿童的热烈共鸣。
