产区：Grillo（格里洛）或许是西西里岛最著名的本土白葡萄品种。我们位于拉古萨省（Ragusa）阿卡泰（Acate）的葡萄园，凭借独特的土壤和温暖的气候，孕育出尤为丰富的 Grillo 葡萄，其果实兼具个性与优雅香气。

品酒笔记：这款格里洛有着较为浓郁的禾秆黄色，香气中有些热带水果如木瓜芒果的香气和茉莉花香，口感平衡清爽，有着怡人的矿物气息。

PRODUCTION AREA:Grillo is perhaps the most famous indigenous white varietal of Sicily.  The unique soils and the warm climate in our vineyards in Acate, in the  province of Ragusa, deliver especially rich Grillo grapes with character  and an elegant aroma. “Espalier” trellising system is used with an  average density of about 4,500 plants per hectare.

Characteristics:This grillo has a strong straw-yellow color with some tropical fruits such as papaya mango and jasmine on the nose. The palate is balanced and fresh with pleasant mineral notes.

PAIRINGS:Versatile at the table, it pairs extremely well with fresh and baked  seafood including sushi, vegetable-based main courses, white meats,  fresh cheeses and goat cheeses.
