葡萄园和酿造：
葡萄园位于智利中央山谷莫莱谷南部，薄且含粘土的土壤，夏季温暖干燥确保果实完美成熟。它反映了智利中央山谷赤霞珠的风格。葡萄被轻柔的除梗破碎，低温处理以得到更多的果香和柔和酒体的平衡。

品酒笔记：
深紫红的色泽，成熟的黑色水果香气，如黑樱桃与黑李子等，同时具有矿物质的味道。经过橡木桶陈酿，具有辛辣味，黑胡椒，香草，巧克力，椰子与皮革的香气。它具有较高的单宁，中高的酸度，酒体柔顺，圆润，十分平衡，余味悠长。

Vineyard：
The vineyard is situated in the southern part of the Maule Valley within Chile's Central Valley. The soil here is thin and clay-rich, and the warm, dry summers ensure the perfect ripening of the grapes. This wine reflects the style of Cabernet Sauvignon from Chile's Central Valley. The grapes are gently destemmed and crushed, followed by cold maceration to achieve a balance of abundant fruit flavors and a smooth body.

Characteristics：
It boasts a deep purple-red color, with aromas of ripe black fruits such as black cherries and black plums, accompanied by mineral notes. Aged in oak barrels, it exhibits spicy undertones, with hints of black pepper, vanilla, chocolate, coconut, and leather. It has high tannins, medium to high acidity, a smooth and rounded body with excellent balance, and a long finish.

Roast meat, chicken, or game meat, served with sweet sauces and berries.
