展示曹斐自90年代至今的创作历程。我们邀请了侯瀚如、刘秀仪、王洪喆、裴开瑞（Chris Berry）、杨北辰五位学者

，从南方地域、流行文化、生产制度、影像媒介、科幻影片等不同的方面对曹斐创作的多面性与丰富性进行分析与思考。

除此之外，图录也将收录曹斐与UCCA馆长田霏宇的对谈长文。该展览出版物由与艺术家合作多年的设计工作室

In conjunction with the exhibition, UCCA will publish the catalogue Cao Fei: Staging the Era in two editions, 

Chinese and English. The book features high-quality reproductions of all exhibited works in dialogue with 

preparatory sketches, personal photographs, and other documentary materials, comprising a comprehensive 

and detailed overview of Cao Fei’s artistic career since the 1990s. Contributors include Hou Hanru, Venus Lau, 

Wang Hongzhe, Chris Berry and Yang Beichen writing on a range of topics that includes popular culture, systems 

of production, filmic media, science fiction, and the influence of China’s South. The catalogue also features an 

exhaustive dialogue between Cao Fei and UCCA Director Philip Tinari. The publication is designed by PAY2PLAY,

who have collaborated with the artist for years.
