作者简介：
王长顺，男，陕西乾县人，文学博士，教授。1991年7月参加工作，1991年4月加入中国共产*。 现任咸阳师范学院*委书记。曾在西北大学中国语言文学博士后流动站从事研究工作。曾任咸阳师范学院科技处处长、咸阳发展研究院副院长，兼任校学术委员会副主任委员，西安工业大学、陕西理工大学硕士研究生导师，陕西省司马迁研究会常务理事、副秘书长，咸阳师范学院国学研究与传播中心主任。获“陕西省第十届高等学校教学名师奖”，入选“咸阳市第九批有突出贡献*”“陕西高校人文社会科学青年英才支持计划”“咸阳市*批社科*” 。
