点翠工艺，是一项产生自汉代的中国传统的金银首饰制作工艺。它是首饰制作中的一个辅助工种，起着点缀美化金银首饰的作用。

点翠是中国传统的金属工艺和羽毛工艺的完美结合，先用金或镏金的金属做成不同图案的底座，再把翠鸟背部亮丽的蓝色的羽毛仔细地镶嵌在座上，以制成各种首饰器物。

由于翠鸟已是国家保护动物，生产的点翠首饰，均以采用代用品。而点翠工艺也日渐式微，现代一般用孔雀毛或鹅毛替代翠鸟毛。
