葡萄园
酒庄葡萄园分布于热夫雷 - 香贝丹(Gevrey-Chambertin)产区,土壤为夜丘典型的黏土质石灰岩。葡萄藤平均树龄达 40 年,享有理想朝向与优良的水分调节条件。当地气候既利于黑皮诺充分成熟,又能保留葡萄的清新感。酒庄尽量减少人为干预,以凸显每块地块独特的风土表达。

酿造与陈酿
酿造过程温和轻柔,去梗比例根据年份灵活调整。采用本土酵母进行自然发酵,在法国橡木桶中陈酿约 12 至 14 个月,新桶比例灵活调控,以保留果实本身的风味。酒庄注重减少人为干预,维护酒款的优雅感与纯粹性,装瓶时有时会进行轻度过滤。

品酒笔记
香气略偏成熟,呈现水煮李子、黑加仑、紫罗兰与泥土气息,入口后风味浓郁、细节饱满且强劲有力,兼具适度的质朴感与内敛感。收尾复杂醇厚、余韵悠长,酒体结构扎实,经长达十年窖藏后仍能彰显价值。建议 2027 年后饮用。
88-91 分艾伦・梅多斯(Allen Meadows)——《勃艮第猎犬》(Burghound)

2020 年份热夫雷 - 香贝丹 “贝尔坦园酒款”(Gevrey-Chambertin "Cuvée Bertin")采用 100% 整串发酵工艺(本年度该比例为 100%)。闻香亲和,红果香气多于黑果,杯中逐渐绽放黑加仑气息,橡木桶香气融入巧妙。口感为中等酒体,红果风味鲜活多汁、层次尚可,但收尾处仍需更多复杂度与张力。或许相较于这款,我更偏爱其上一年份的表现。建议饮用期:2024-2034 年。
87-89 分尼尔・马丁(Neal Martin)《Vinous》

葡萄源自克鲁布鲁亚尔园(Creux Brouillard)与瑟夫尔园(Seuvrées),近五年均采用 100% 整串发酵。色泽呈中等深邃的黑色,带有整串发酵风格特有的鲜活果香。口感极为雅致,浓度适中,酒精度不突兀,果汁感恰到好处。余韵绵长,收尾带有草莓与黑胡椒气息。

Vineyard
The vineyards extend across the Gevrey-Chambertin appellation, featuring clay-limestone soils characteristic of the Côte de Nuits. With an average age of 40 years, the vines benefit from ideal exposure and excellent water regulation. The local climate promotes optimal ripening of Pinot Noir while preserving freshness. The domaine intervenes as little as possible to highlight the unique terroir expression of each parcel.

Winemaking & Aging
Winemaking is gentle, with a variable destemming percentage depending on the vintage. Spontaneous fermentations are conducted using indigenous yeasts. Aging takes place in French oak barrels for approximately 12 to 14 months, with a variable proportion of new oak to preserve the fruit character. The domaine ensures minimal intervention to maintain the wine’s elegance and purity, with light filtration occasionally performed before bottling.

Characteristics:
Slightly riper aromas of poached plum, cassis, violet and earthy nuances give way to intense, detailed and muscular flavors that display both moderate rusticity and austerity on the solidly complex and lingering finale that is sufficiently structured to repay up to a decade of cellaring. Drink from 2027+.

Allen Meadows - Burghound

The 2020 Gevrey-Chambertin "Cuvée Bertin" is 100% whole bunch this year. It has a welcoming bouquet with more red than black fruit, touches of cassis developing in the glass, the oak neatly enmeshed. The palate is medium-bodied with sappy red fruit, good depth, though here, it needs to muster more complexity and tension on the finish. Maybe for this cuvée I prefer the previous vintage. Drink 2024-2034.

Neal Martin - Vinous

From Creux Brouillard and Seuvrées, 100% whole bunch as he has done for 5 years. Medium deep black in colour, lively fruit in the whole bunch style. Very pretty on the palate, not too concentrated, not too hot and with appropriate levels of juice. The finish extends really well. Some strawberry with black pepper at the end.
