Isabelle Aron is an award-winning freelance journalist and editor who writes about food, drink, travel, pop culture and the arts, as well as human interest stories. She was previously Features Editor at Time Out London, where she worked for seven years. During that time, she developed an in-depth knowledge of the best things to do in the city, from the major institutions to hidden gems.

Wendy Lyn is a Paris-based writer, producer and restaurant-hospitality consultant in the food and travel industry. She’s been featured in the likes of The New York Times, Forbes Magazine, Condé Nast Traveller and The Sunday Times, amongst others.
