卫恩村日晷园这片陡峭的布满蓝色板岩的葡萄园出产世界上最优雅，最精致的白葡萄酒。优雅的酒体和纯净的酸度，在白桃、柠檬的明亮口感中，又展现了强劲的矿物质风味。产自酒庄特级葡萄园的干型葡萄酒被称为“特级园干型葡萄酒”（ Grosses Gewächs/ GG）。这款限量生产的葡萄酒采用当地酵母发酵，在装瓶前，在酒桶中保存一年。延长陈酿时间可以让葡萄酒的质地更细腻，味道更和谐。

The famous “sundial” vineyard, in the village of Wehlen, produces the quintessential Mosel style  of Riesling: delicate and refined, with racy minerality and endless charm. Grosses Gewächs (GG)  means “great growth” in German and is the designation for an estate’s best dry wine from a  Grosse Lage (grand cru) vineyard. From a parcel of very old vines (“Alte Reben”), this wine was  fermented naturally and kept on the full lees for a year to allow the wine time to develop greater  texture and to find its natural harmony.

这座葡萄园坐落于菲克桑坡地脚下，海拔 267 米，占地面积 0.45 公顷，为酒庄自有葡萄园。园区气候介于海洋性与半大陆性气候之间，光照朝东，风土条件优越。

种植&酿造
园内种植15 年树龄的阿里高特葡萄藤，采用居由剪枝法进行精细化管理。葡萄采用人工采摘，并经过严格筛选。酒精发酵与苹果酸 - 乳酸发酵在橡木桶及陶瓷罐中进行，全程不进行酒泥搅拌。

品酒笔记
年均产量约 3500 瓶，香气以矿物感为核心，伴有梨与柠檬的清新气息；口感鲜活灵动，质地愉悦，余韵悠长，萦绕着清新的柑橘风味

Nestled at the base of the slope in Fixin, the vineyard sits at an altitude of 267 meters, covering an area of 0.45 hectares. Operated as a proprietary estate, the terroir benefits from an oceanic climate with semi‑continental influences and an eastern exposure. The soil comprises scree over Bresse marl.

Ageing is carried out in 10% clay vessels, 80% oak barrels and 10% acacia barrels, followed by light fining and filtration.

Characteristics:
With an annual production of around 3,500 bottles, “La Mouille” Aligoté showcases a mineral‑driven character, with aromas of pear and lemon. It is dynamic on the palate, with a pleasing texture and a long finish marked by fresh citrus notes.

这款酒纯粹展现了多吉帕特长相思的本真风格，杯中香气清新上扬，交织着青苹果、柠檬皮的果香，以及橙花与接骨木花的馥郁花香。
这个优雅年份赋予酒款鲜亮的柑橘风味，清爽咸鲜的酸度在口中缓缓铺开，余韵中细腻的热带水果气息悠然绽放。

餐酒搭配：
清新简约的海鲜料理，尤以生蚝为佳。与山羊奶酪搭配也十分相得益彰

Characteristics:
A pure expression of Dog Point Sauvignon with lifted aromatics of granny smith apple, lemon rind as well as floral tones of orange blossoms and elderflower burst from the glass.
Bright citrus flavours from an elegant year, followed by saline acidity washing across the palate, leaving subtle tropical tones unfurling on the finish.

Food Pairing：
Fresh, simple seafood dishes especially oysters. Also compliments goat's cheese well
