1968年生于山东东明， 1990年毕业于山东师范大学美术系， 1991-1993研修于中央美术学院，现住北京，职业画家。他对画面结构和秩序有极强的控制力，非常讲究笔触、肌理的变化和生发关系，他巧妙地暗示和翻译了传统的审美符码，而又在新的语言结构中实现了物象与图形紧密、服帖的匹配关系，从而实现了语感的高度自由，同时开放了传统书写的媒材边界，这种语言成就将为他赢得令人瞩目的地位。庞永杰的艺术带有一股内敛沉静的东方质感与禅意，他善于在作品中制造：视觉上的膨胀、漫延感，视觉爆发力与内在的风度达成了相反相成的统一。“看懂”与“看不懂”内容依然无关紧要。庞永杰的艺术内涵一直藏在内容之外，它凭借具有冲击感的形式将我们推至真空地带，被迫思考我们身处的文化与社会环境。永杰本来是一个架上绘画的画家，现在很创新地把他画中的人物形象用雕塑再呈现出来，玻璃钢外喷汽车漆，他的朋友同行看了都说好，丰腴圆润，像细腻的瓷器。庞永杰说：“当代艺术离开直觉，离开对现实的关照，就会变得毫无意义。”

He was born in Dongming, Shandong Province in 1968. He graduated from the Department of fine arts of Shandong Normal University in 1990. He studied in the Central Academy of fine arts from 1991 to 1993. He now lives in Beijing and is a professional painter. He has a strong control over the structure and order of the picture. He pays great attention to the change of brushwork, texture and hair relationship. He skillfully implies and translates the traditional aesthetic code. In the new language structure, he realizes the close and obedient matching relationship between the object image and the figure, thus realizing the high freedom of language sense and opening up the media boundary of traditional writing Will win him a remarkable position. Pang Yongjie's art has an introverted and tranquil Oriental texture and Zen meaning. He is good at creating in his works: the sense of expansion and diffusion in vision, the unity of visual explosion and internal demeanor."Understand" and "can not understand" content is still irrelevant. Pang Yongjie's artistic connotation has always been hidden outside the content. With the form of impact, Pang Yongjie pushed us into a vacuum and was forced to think about the cultural and social environment in which we live. Yongjie used to be a painter of easel painting. Now he creatively presents the figures in his paintings with sculptures. Glass fiber reinforced plastic is sprayed with automobile paint. His friends and colleagues all agree that they are plump and mellow, like delicate porcelain. Pang Yongjie said: "contemporary art will become meaningless without intuition and care for reality."
