开瓶通常有明亮饱满的李子和红樱桃果香，性感的香料感和泥土芬芳，还有细微的烟熏、草药气息。口感通常层次繁复、充满变化，精准有力，结构严谨，回味中有细腻纯净的咸鲜感，潜力十足。还较为年轻严肃，可以再耐心等待一段时间。‍

Corton Grand Cru "Cuvée du Bourdon" (Xiongfeng Special Cuvée) is a red wine from Domaine Ponsot, first crafted in 2009 under the Corton Grand Cru appellation. Blended from three exceptional climats within Corton—60% Les Paulands, 20% Clos du Roi (a highly renowned parcel), and 20% Renardes—this wine has garnered widespread acclaim every vintage since its launch, standing as a representative expression of Corton Grand Cru’s captivating charm.

Characteristics:
Upon opening, it typically offers bright and lush aromas of plum and red cherry, complemented by seductive spice notes, earthy undertones, and subtle hints of smoke and herbs. On the palate, it presents intricate layers and dynamic complexity, with precise intensity and a tight, rigorous structure. The finish reveals a delicate and pure saline minerality, showcasing tremendous aging potential. Still relatively young and austere, it rewards patience for further development.
