The Collet family has been since 1792. Jean Collet created the Domaine Jean Collet in 1952 in Chablis .Romain Collet, now represents the fourth generation of Collet in Chablis.

The Domaine has managed part of the vineyard with sustainable and organic agriculture for years. The old vines planted in 1932 today reflect the quality of their work and the benefits of healthy agriculture.

Their wines represent the exaltation of the complex and exceptional minerality of Chardonnay, reflecting the typical characteristics of the different terroirs of Chablis.
