Assisted conception technique success rates are not 100% because of complexity, expensive, lack of awareness, fearness and rituals of the people. Avoiding late marriage, baby at right time, healthy life, good and healthy food, junk food avoidance, medication, stress free life, regular exercise can avoid the problem of infertility. "It's going to be okay in the end. If it's not okay. It's not the end."
