品酒笔记：呈现长相思特有的淡雅色泽，以浅黄为基调，质感细腻微妙，微泛青绿光泽。香气中洋溢热带水果芬芳（如葡萄柚等柑橘类果香），收尾处隐现淡雅草本气息；口感甜美精致且余韵持久，清新活泼的酸度赋予平衡收尾，适合随时品鉴。

侍酒建议：绝佳的开胃酒选择，亦能与各类鱼类完美搭配，尤其适合搭配柠汁腌白鱼。侍酒温度建议 10 摄氏度。

Characteristics：Delicate Sauvignon color, pale yellow notes, delicate and subtle, with  greenish notes. Tropical fruits appear on the nose, citrus such as  grapefruit, and at the end very subtle herbaceous notes, the mouth is  sweet, delicate and persistent, with a fresh and interesting acidity, which  leaves a very balanced finish, perfect to enjoy at any time.

SERVING SUGGESTION：Excellent as an aperitif, it also combines very well with all kinds of fish,  and excellent for a white fish ceviche. Serve at 10 °C.
