为了在发酵过程中更有效的萃取饱满的酒液颜色和如丝绒般柔滑的单宁，我们在葡萄的最佳采 收时间的前期进行采摘，使用中等温度发酵，酿造出更果味香浓的葡萄酒。发酵完毕后，葡萄 酒进入陈酿，直到味道和口感达至最理想的平衡。

Rich blackberry meld with hints of mocha, vanilla, and oak.

Winemaking Notes：
The grapes were harvested early at their optimum ripeness, which led to easy extraction  of intense color and velvety tannins in the fermentation process. The warmer  fermentations resulted in richer flavors and fruitier aromatics. Following the fermentation  process the wines were aged to a perfect level of balance and complexity.
