酿造：
酿造理念是精简工艺，让酿酒师的风格隐退，以凸显每块风土与每个年份的独特个性。
优先采用轻柔且持久的提取方式，葡萄经完全去梗后酿造；添加物极少，甚至完全不添加。酒液在 228 升的法国中部橡木桶中陈酿 18 个月，每年更换 15% 的新桶，最终在酒庄内完成装瓶。

品酒笔记：
可以说这款酒很典型的诠释了香贝丹村庄的风格，黑果，野花，同时带有一些动物的气息，入口结构紧致（这是粘土带来的结实感），果香饱满却不失酒体的优雅感。陈年后饮用会更加体现出酒体的平衡和复杂。

Vinification：
Our general philosophy is to streamline our winemaking practices, allowing the winemaker's style to fade intothe background to highlight the unique character of each terroir and vintage.We prioritize gentle yet prolonged extraction, using fully destemmed grapes. Additives are kept to aminimum, and often avoided entirely. The wine is aged for 18 months in 228-liter oak barrels from centralFrance, with 15% new barrels added each year. Bottling takes place on the estate.
