采用我们Finca El Oa s i s（海拔1150米）和Finca La Pampa（海拔1250米）不同地块的 葡萄酿制。这些葡萄园种植于2 00 4年，土壤浅层且多石，透水性好，有机质含量低。低产 量的双蔓葡萄藤生长平衡，并采用棚架培养。采用高效的滴灌和适当的树篱管理，以确保 适宜的成熟度。

Vineyard：
Made with grapes from different parcels of our Finca El Oasis, situated at 1,150 metres above sea level, and  Finca La Pampa, at 1,250 m.a.s.l. These vineyards were planted in 2004 and their soils are shallow and rocky,  with excellent permeability and low organic material. The low yielding double-cordoned vines are  balanced and trellis-trained. Efficient drip irrigation and adequate canopy management are employed to  ensure suitable ripening.

Characteristics:
Appearance: Intense ruby colour with burgundy hues.
Nose: Attractive notes of roasted sweet green bell pepper and red fruit.
Palate: Juicy and mouth filling, with good structure and a pleasant, lingering finish
