酿造此酒的果实采自园子下方，含有5%-10%的贵腐葡萄。香气无比精确、细腻和微妙地表达了闻名于世的修士园的广度和丰富度，干净、浓密的柠檬果香中带着一丝碘的矿感和红色碎石板的气,息。入口深邃、丰富和集中，非常纯净爽脆的酸度中裹着迷人且有张力的矿物咸香，精致优雅，收尾带着几丝单宁抓力，活力十足，让人流连忘返。现在饮用还太年轻，它的潜力和优秀品质随着时间和耐心会慢慢绽放。

A top grand cru vineyard in Germany, covering a mere 1.5 hectares, with ungrafted old Riesling vines aged 100–120 years.The slope is extremely steep, south-facing, and almost fully exposed to sunlight.The soil is dominated by grey and red slate (with a more distinctive terroir character than the Urzig region). Its exceptionally warm microclimate allows Riesling to reach perfect ripeness, yielding wines of great nobility and stature.

Characteristics：
The fruit for this wine is sourced from the lower part of the vineyard, including 5%–10% botrytized grapes.The nose expresses the breadth and richness of the world-famous Bruderberg with remarkable precision, delicacy and subtlety: clean, concentrated lemon aromas are layered with hints of iodine‑like minerality and red crushed slate.On the palate, it is deep, rich and concentrated, wrapped in bright, pure acidity and captivating, tense mineral‑saline notes. Elegant and refined, it finishes with a gentle tannic grip, vibrant and utterly memorable.The wine is still far too young to enjoy at its best. Its full potential and exceptional quality will unfold slowly and beautifully with time and patience.
