品酒笔记：
色泽深邃浓郁，呈暗樱桃红色。香气馥郁浓烈，既有覆盆子果酱般的甜美果香，又夹杂着青椒的辛香气息，还萦绕着一丝令人联想到烤面包的宜人风味。口感温暖，单宁饱满丝滑，经橡木桶陈酿后更为柔顺圆润。

配餐建议：
这款酒是各类羊肉菜肴的理想搭配 —— 无论是烤羊肉还是鲜嫩羊排皆可；同时，它与猪肉菜肴搭配也十分出色。与伊比利亚风干肉（Ibérico cured meats）、帕玛森焗茄子（aubergine parmigiana）同食，风味绝佳。建议适饮温度为 14–16℃Vintage: 2020

Characteristics:
Deeply opaque, dark cherry red colour. Intense and fragrant with delicious fruit (raspberry jam) and spicy (green pepper) aromas and a lovely note reminiscent of toasted bread. Warm on the palate, with juicy, velvety tannins nicely rounded by oak ageing.

Serving suggestions:
Conceived as the perfect companion for just about any lamb recipe, from lamb roast to tender lamb chops, the wine also pairs well with pork dishes. Wonderful with Ibérico cured meats and aubergine parmigiana. Serve at 14–16ºC.
