其造型灵感源自登上月球的第四代超霸腕表的不对称表壳。
拱形分针和中央计时秒针沿袭了超霸“月球表”标志性的指针风格。
与原版一致42mm表壳直径搭配太阳射线打磨效果的阶梯式表盘。
陶瓷表圈上的测速刻度由OMEGA Ceragold 技术制成，并设有早期超霸表款的“Dot Over Ninety” (DON，刻度90的圆点位于数字上方) 标志。经抛光处理，采用双斜面设计风格，镌刻有“THE FIRST WATCH WORN ON THE MOON”和“CO-AXIAL MASTER CHRONOMETER”字样。透过平面蓝宝石玻璃表背，可以欣赏 3861至臻天文台机芯的运转美态。

Paired with the latest 5-bead strap, each row features five arch shaped watch links, providing a better wearing comfort and texture experience.
Its design inspiration comes from the asymmetrical case of the fourth generation Super King watch that landed on the moon.
The arched minute hand and the central timing second hand follow the iconic pointer style of the "Moon Watch" from the Super King.
A stepped dial with a 42mm case diameter and sun ray polishing effect consistent with the original version.
The speedometer scale on the ceramic bezel is made of OMEGA Ceramic technology and features the "Dot Over Ninety" (DON, with a 90 degree dot above the number) logo of early Superb models. After polishing treatment, it adopts a double slope design style and is engraved with the words "THE FIRST WATCH WORN ON THE MOON" and "CO-AXIAL MASTER CHRONOMETER". Through the flat sapphire glass back, one can appreciate the exquisite operation of the 3861 Ultimate Observatory movement.
