设拉子（Shiraz）葡萄精选自我们的特定葡萄园，这些葡萄园主要位于帕尔山（Paarl Mountain）西南坡的费尔维尤（Fairview）地区，土壤为风化花岗岩土。混酿中还加入了来自达令（Darling）地区的补充葡萄 —— 该地区邻近大西洋，气候凉爽，葡萄产自当地的旱地葡萄园。

品酒笔记：
酒液在杯中呈浓郁的石榴红色。香气层次丰富，有黑莓与樱桃的浓郁果香，夹杂着咸香辛料味，还略带一丝肉桂与甘草气息。口感为中等酒体，黑胡椒与烤李子的风味突出，搭配丝绒般饱满的口感；余韵中，单宁结构清晰、优雅

VINEYARD
Shiraz is sourced from a special selection of our vineyards located predominantly at Fairview on the south-western slopes of Paarl Mountain on decomposed granite soils. Complimentary components of the blend are from dryland vineyards from our cooler Atlantic vineyards in Darling.

Characteristics:
Intense garnet red in the glass. Dense layers of black berries and cherry, savoury  spice and a hint of cinnamon and liquorice on the nose. Medium-bodied palate  with flavours of black pepper and baked plums complemented by a velvety,  luscious mouthfeel. The wine finishes with well structured, elegant tannins.
