酿造与陈酿
葡萄经人工采摘后进行严格筛选。根据年份特性,酿造过程中采用可变比例的整串发酵工艺。葡萄酒在法国橡木桶(含部分新桶)中陈酿 18 至 20 个月,装瓶前不进行任何过滤处理。
品酒笔记:
香气略偏成熟却同样富有表现力,散发着野黑樱桃、水煮李子、黑加仑果酱、紫罗兰、泥土的气息,还夹杂着微妙的野味特质。酒体扎实饱满,风味馥郁醇厚、包裹感强,质感极具吸引力。收尾鲜活多汁、极为悠长且凝练紧致,结构更为扎实,力量感显著提升。这款酒同样需要长期耐心窖藏,但等待必将物超所值。建议 2035 年后饮用。
93-95 分艾伦・梅多斯(Allen Meadows)《勃艮第猎犬》(Burghound)
2020 年份石头园特级园(Clos-de-la-Roche Grand Cru)采用 70% 整串发酵工艺,闻香绚烂奔放、纯粹感性,紫罗兰与芍药等馥郁花香与黑果香气相得益彰。口感为中等酒体,单宁细腻,相较于圣丹尼园(Clos Saint-Denis)酒款更显精准,收尾同样带有咸鲜矿物质感。此处风味的细腻颗粒感稍显突出,尽显顶级格调。建议饮用期:2025-2065 年。
95-97 分尼尔・马丁(Neal Martin)《Vinous》
采用 80% 整串发酵。色泽呈深邃的黑色,酒边泛着紫色光晕。香气目前尚未完全绽放,略带橡木气息与果梗带来的淡淡草本感(后者会快速消散),但已彰显出极致的浓度潜力。是酸樱桃的香气吗?入口清爽灵动,矿物感如丝线般贯穿,质感堪称经典卓越,酒体分量十足。一切要素皆已齐备。

Clos de la Roche Grand Cru is one of the most prestigious Grand Cru vineyards in Morey-Saint-Denis, facing east with stony, limestone-rich soil. This terroir endows the wines with remarkable structure and exceptional aging potential. The domaine’s parcel in this cru showcases the pure and elegant expression of Pinot Noir.
Winemaking & Aging
Grapes are hand-harvested and rigorously sorted. Depending on the vintage’s characteristics, winemaking involves a variable proportion of whole-bunch fermentation. The wines are aged in French oak barrels (including a portion of new oak) for 18 to 20 months, with no filtration prior to bottling.
Characteristics:
A slightly riper and equally expressive nose offers up its aromas of wild black cherry, poached plum, dark currant compote, violet, earth and a subtle gamy character. The rich, delicious and enveloping broad-shouldered flavors also possess a seductive texture along with notably more power on the sappy, hugely long and compact finish that is more firmly structured. This is also going to need extended patience, but it should be more than worth the wait. Drink from 2035+.

Allen Meadows - Burghound
The 2020 Clos-de-la-Roche Grand Cru, which contains 70% whole bunch, has a flamboyant, pure and sensual bouquet with very floral violet and peony aromas complementing the black fruit. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannins, demonstrating a touch more precision than the Clos Saint-Denis though sharing that saline/marine influence finish. There is just a little more pixelation here. This oozes class. Drink 2025-2065.

Neal Martin - Vinous
80% whole bunch. Really intense black colour with a purple rim. The bouquet does not want to speak quite yet. A little bit of wood, a light herbaceous note from the stems which departs rapidly, but the promise of such intensity. Morello cherries? A crackling freshness on the palate, mineral threads, a superb and classic texture, huge weight. Everything is there.
