对环境的保护，以及使用可持续理念来为后世保留他们所需要的资源，一直 是我们的发展宗旨。新玛利自2002年起就开始了有机种植，并在2009年获得 Biogro认证。我们的葡萄园布满鲜花和生命力，更像是一片生机盎然的花 园。种植果实的Soler和Te Awa葡萄园位于自由排水性能极好的砾石土壤 上，也非常符合Biogro种植原则。

品酒笔记
此款来自霍克斯湾Soler葡萄园的桃红中富含扑面而来的夏日血橙、玫瑰果及西瓜的香气。口感馥郁，收尾清新酸爽，让人回味无穷。

配餐建议
适宜在炎炎夏日中冰镇饮用，尤其适合搭配烟熏三文鱼及海鲜, 以及一些蔬菜 沙拉等美食。

Viticulture
Our key focus is to be environmentally responsible and to operate using  sustainable practices in order to protect the land for future generations. Villa  Maria has farmed organically since 2002 gaining BioGro certification in 2009.  Our Organic vineyards are vibrant gardens alive with wildflowers and full of  life. The Soler and Te Awa Vineyards are planted on free draining gravel soils  well suited to applying Biogro farming principles.

Characteristics
This pink from Soler Vineyard in Hawke's Bay is full of summer blood orange, rosehip and watermelon aromas. The palate is rich, with a fresh, sour finish that leaves a lasting taste.

Serving Suggestions
Best served chilled and enjoyed on warm summer days with a fresh alfresco  fare. Particularly perfect with smoked salmon and seafood, but just as vibrant  with nibbles such as a plant-based grazing board.
