Lisa Kingsley has over thirty years’ experience as a food writer, editor, and recipe developer. Her work has appeared in magazines such as Fine Cooking and Better Homes & Gardens. She collaborated with the Smithsonian Institution on American Table: The Foods, People, and Innovations That Feed Us (Harvest, 2023). She is the coauthor of Cooking with Magic: A Century of Recipes Inspired by Disney’s Animated Films from Steamboat Willie to Wish (Insight Editions, 2023) and The Powerpuff Girls: The Official Cookbook (Insight Editions, 2024). She has fond memories of playing PAC-MAN and eating awesome snacks with her friends in the 1980s at the arcade in Mason City, Iowa.

Jennifer Peterson has been food styling and developing recipes for cookbooks and magazines for more than twenty-five years. She has styled covers for Better Homes & Gardens magazine and styled Emily in Paris: The Official Cookbook (Insight Editions, 2022), Star Wars Galactic Baking: The Official Cookbook of Sweet and Savory Treats from Tatooine, Hoth, and Beyond (Insight Editions, 2021), Disney Princess Tea Parties Cookbook (Insight Editions, 2022), and Disney Villains: Devilishly Delicious Cookbook (Insight Editions, 2022).
