入口为中等酒体，酸度中高，口感平衡、明亮且生津。风味以迈耶柠檬与青苹果皮为主，交织奶油糖果与白垩矿物感，还带有洋甘菊茶、烘焙香料与蜂蜜的细腻气息。作为霞多丽，余味干爽清新。

香气立刻展现出典型的旧世界风格霞多丽。长时间酒泥接触带来的矿物感与还原气息，让人联想到勃艮第。甜美的橡木桶香料与花香、迈耶柠檬气息完美融合。入口口感意外饱满，柑橘、油桃、椰子、杏仁与香草的风味层层绵延，余韵悠长。

Characteristics:
This straw-colored Chardonnay from Au Bon Climat opens with a caramel apple and oak bouquet with hints of vanilla, pineapple, and wet stone. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, bright and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a Meyer lemon and green apple peel blend with notes of butterscotch and chalky minerality. I also detected hints of chamomile tea, baking spice and honey. The finish is dry and refreshing for a Chard. I would pair this Chard with a chicken and wild mushroom ravioli with a butter cream sauce. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes:
he aroma immediately reveals this is obviously Chardonnay made in an Old-World style. Minerality and reduction from extended lees contact, reminds us of Burgundy. Sweet barrel spice integrates nicely with a floral, Meyer lemon note. Surprising rich on the palate, subtle flavors of citrus, nectarine, coconut, almond and vanilla go on and on.
