葡萄园：酿造凯 (KAI) 的葡萄，来自我们位于阿空加瓜谷内，距离太平洋60公 里的马克西五号（Max V）葡萄园中精心挑选的最优区块。典型的地 中海型气候，夏季干燥温暖，气候稳定，夜间则有太平洋凉爽海风吹 拂调节温度。 马克西五号（Max V）则座落阿空加瓜河南岸的冲积平原上，由于近 河边又较少山坡地受日照度较低，此区相对凉爽。粘土型壤土深厚， 石砾含量达80%, 排水性良好。土壤构成为当地原始较粗粒的冲积土 质，同时亦有经阿空加瓜河冲刷后的浑圆鹅卵石群。

品酒笔记：深邃的暗红中闪动着紫色光泽，散发浓郁的无花果、线香、辛香料、黑松 露与肉桂的香气，还带着些炭烤咖啡豆和石墨气息。凯2017年份纤细柔软， 啜饮入口，感受到如烟草与黑莓果的风味，多汁诱人，酸度适中让口感清爽 鲜嫩，余韻深长，令人回味。Vintage: 2017

Vineyard:The grapes for our KAI were selected from the best plots of our Max V  vineyard in the Aconcagua Valley, 60 kilometres away from the Pacic  Ocean. e region’s Mediterranean climate features a long dry season with  moderately warm summer days cooled by the soft evening breezes that enter  the valley from the Pacic Ocean. Max V block is located on the south bank of the Aconcagua River in  the alluvial plain, so it is fresher within the region due to its proximity to  the river and minimum slope without much exposure. e soil is deep with  clay to clay loam texture and high stone content of up to 80% which helps  ensure excellent drainage. e nature of the subsoil is homogeneous,  consisting of a coarse-grained alluvial terrace of the Aconcagua River, rich  in well-rounded pebbles.

Characteristics: “Intense and very deep red-purple color. In the nose, aromas that remind of fresh gs, incense,  paprika and nutmeg stand out, plus a hint of roasted coee bean and graphite. In line with the  nose, the palate contributes with soft tobacco notes and black cherries. Kai 2017 has a very  seductive entrance thanks to its softness and nesse, displaying as well juiciness and good  acidity, which highlights it freshest side, crowned by great persistence and a tasty nish.” - Francisco Baettig, Technical Director
