部分采摘后经过高温果皮浸渍，提供足够的果味。其余大部分采摘后除梗，传统酿造法浸渍并发酵三周。

受到修道院中常见的装饰品和艺术的启发，Monastier 是对法国酿酒业的创始人 Cistercians 和 Benedictine Monks 的致敬。 Monastier 致力于掌握酿酒艺术，同时打造自己的风格，提供一系列大胆而多汁的葡萄酒。

Inspired by the ornaments & arts commonly found in the monasteries,  Monastier is a tribute to the founding fathers of the  French winemaking, the Cistercians and Benedictine Monks. Thriving to master the art of winemak ing, while crafting its own  style, Monastier offers a range of bold and juicy wines.

The Monastier brand was created 15 years ago. Its authentic and elegant packaging also conveys the importance of our region and its history. Indeed, over the centuries, the Languedoc has been the home of many different civilisations, whom settled here from all over the Mediterranean Basin. The cross, that can be found on the Monastier labels, is known in the South  of France as an emblem of this mix of cultures.

Today, the Monastier brand still stands strong thanks to the partnership our winemakers entertain with the local producers.  Together on a quest for perfection, they work hard to ensure high quality and perfect consistency from one vintage to the  other.
