A child's full potential has been partial determined by their original families -how they deal with frustration, whether they can form healthy relationship with others, if they can develop individualized goal, etc. Through this workshop, ELG’s social worker and counsellor, Lingling Lu, will introduce eight interlocking concepts about intergenerational relationships, helping participants develop a new perspective about children’s behaviors. Participants will also reflect on their own intergenerational relationships and explore how it influences emotions and performances.
