To sustaistable operatioof a blast furnace, iroore fines produced during mining and ore dressing processes need to be agglomerated into lumps. Sintering is the most economical and widely used agglomeratiomethod for iroore fines. Also, the sintering technology cabe used for recycling of metal lurgical wastes produced by the ironmaking process. The aim of this book was to study the sintering behaviour of three kinds of unconventional ferrous materials (New Zealand ironsand, mill scale and filter cake wastes)and assess the feasibility of their utilizatioby sintering. The effects of sintering conditions othe formatioof mineral phases during iroore sintering were investigated to gaibetter understanding of sintering mechanism. Raw materials used ithis study were supplied by BlueScope Ltd.

作者简介

王哲,工学博士、北京科技大学讲师,1987年5月出生。2009年在中国石油大学(华东)化学工程学院应用化学专业获学士学位,2015年在澳大利亚伍伦贡大学材料工程学院获博士学位,2015年4月至2016年4月在澳大利亚伍伦贡大学从事博士后工作,2016年6月进入北京科技大学钢铁冶金新技术国家重点实验室工作。主要研究方向为冶金二次资源循环利用、超重力冶金、能量转化过程模拟。近年来,在Applied Energy,Journal of Alloysand Compounds等主要冶金、能源类期刊上发表SCI论文10余篇。
