酿造工艺：
选用最佳地块的霞多丽;全部手工采摘，2次人工筛选;法国橡木桶中发酵(400L60%新桶);橡木桶中酒泥陈年11个月。

Characteristics:
This dark purple wine shows intense aromas of small fruits like blueberry, black cherry and dark plum accompanied by mint and spicy hints. Rich body with powerful tannins, its structure unveils several layers of Flavours from fresh red fruits to the coffee note on the final. This wine has a relatively long length and promises to develop extremely well into the bottle.

Winemaking：
Grapes harvested from the best plots of Chardonnay,and sorted twice only by hand.Fermentation in French oak cask(400L,60% new);Ageing on the lees for 11 months.
