酿造：在酿造过程中，葡萄经过手工采摘，并在采摘后进行精细挑选。选出的葡萄被送入冷却室，经过轻微压榨后，在不锈钢罐中低温发酵，以保持其新鲜度和天然风味。随后，酒液经过橡木桶熟成。在瓶装之前，酒液还进行了适度的澄清和过滤，以确保酒体的清澈和稳定性。

品酒笔记：圣域传奇霞多丽干白葡萄酒色泽金黄，清澈明亮，展现出典型的霞多丽风格。酒体醇厚，带有新鲜的柑橘、苹果和热带水果的香气，伴随些许的黄油和坚果风味。口感上，酸度适中，清爽而富有层次，带有轻微的橡木香气，收尾干净且悠长。

Planting: The grapes are cultivated in the high plateau region of Yunnan, China, where the vineyards are at a high altitude and enjoy superior climatic conditions. These conditions allow the grapes to grow better and ensure the balance and complexity of the wine. The planting of Chardonnay grapes began in 1996, and these grapes have been carefully nurtured in this environment for many years.

Winemaking: During the winemaking process, the grapes are hand-picked and then carefully selected after harvesting. The selected grapes are sent to a cooling room, lightly pressed, and then fermented at a low temperature in stainless steel tanks to preserve their freshness and natural flavors. Subsequently, the wine is aged in oak barrels. Before bottling, the wine is also moderately clarified and filtered to ensure the clarity and stability of the wine.
