She’s a gothic romantic at heart and loves spinning stories full of macabre magic. She was born and raised in Los Angeles, California, where her morbid imagination ran rampant - so much so that her parents became concerned and told her stop writing stories where everyone dies at the end. At sixteen, she got her first job at a bridal dress store. She continued to work as a bridal gown stylist for many years, eventually getting hired at an upscale Beverly Hills salon, which inspired her debut, A Dress for the Wicked. Most often, she can be found in Orange County, California, wearing a black lace dress while spending time with her husband and three children.
