色泽：明亮的柠檬色
香气：散发着蜜露、金银花和成熟桃子的芳香，并辅以茉莉、菠萝和奶油的味道。
口感：酒体厚重，口感醇厚，充满了成熟的核果、湿润的石头和淡淡的甜柠檬。肉质、金色的中味觉演变成尖锐、有质感的回味，并带有大量矿物质。

2018 CALIFORNIA CHARDONNAY
Ubiquitous across California, Chardonnay comes in countless forms.Versatile and accessible, it exists at every price point for every type of wine drinker. At Orin Swift, we try to overdeliver on all wines but with Mannequin, we attempted to do the same but also capture what has made the varietal popular in the past and currently. The 2018 vintage was bountiful across the board which allowed us the ‘pick of the litter’, blending together a wine that encapsulates our conception of Chardonnay—not too oaky and with a nice frame of acidity for enjoyment now and for many years.

Characteristics:
Color: bright lemon color
Aroma: Aromas of honeydew, honeysuckle and ripe peaches, complemented by notes of jasmine, pineapple and cream.
Palate: Heavy bodied, full-bodied, full of ripe stone fruit, moist stone and light sweet lemon. The fleshy, golden midtaste evolves into a sharp, textured aftertaste with plenty of minerals.
