香贝丹特级园无疑是酒庄旗下最具声望的酒款。它年轻时风格内敛，但随着时间的沉淀，会逐渐展现出鲜明的力量感与厚重感。酒款中可品鉴到甘草、巧克力与黑果的风味，陈年潜力极为惊人。

品酒笔记：
2020 年份香贝丹特级园（Chambertin Grand Cru）葡萄酒散发着浓郁的橡木香气，黑果风味中交织着摩卡与淡烟草气息。口感为中等酒体，单宁带有颗粒感；相较于贝泽园特级园（Clos-de-Beze），这款酒的橡木风味与酒液融合更为和谐，尾韵带有一丝冰沙般的清新感，展现出一定的细腻度，不过在风土透明度方面，相较于我品鉴过的其他同产区酒款并未凸显优势。

The Chambertin Grand Cru vineyard spans nearly 13 hectares, with vines over 60 years old. Its name derives from Mr. Bertin, who converted his cereal fields into a vineyard—and Mr. Bertin’s field thus became known as Chambertin. Dubbed "the wine of kings, the king of wines," it is also Napoleon’s favorite wine. This wine is truly sublime.
Chambertin is undoubtedly the most prestigious cuvée of the estate. Closed and reserved in its youth, it gradually reveals remarkable power and robustness over time. It offers notes of licorice, chocolate, and dark fruits, and boasts enormous aging potential.

Characteristics:
The 2020 Chambertin Grand Cru has another very oaky bouquet, the black fruit here laced with mocha and light tobacco scents. The palate is medium-bodied with grainy tannins, the oak more simpatico compared to the Clos-de-Beze with a slight sorbet-like freshness towards the finish that demonstrates a degree of finesse, though does not excel in terms of transparency compared to others that I tasted.
