洛则火山是洛林第一家威士忌酒厂，坐落于童话般的阿尔萨斯西北边。洛林的大麦举世闻名，经常出口到德国和荷兰酿造啤酒，而泥煤则被送往苏格兰。

Rozelieures was the first whisky makers in Lorraine, just to the north and west of the fabled Alsace wine region. Lorraine's world class barley was often shipped off to Germany and Netherlands for beer, while the peat made its way up to Scotland.

火山威士忌创造工坊精通整个生产过程: 大麦被制成麦芽, 甜汁的研磨、浸泡和提取均在火山工厂进行。所有的威士忌都是在Charentais壶式蒸馏器中双重蒸馏，被放入不同来源的旧桶或新桶中。

Rozelieures barley is grown in 300 hectares of agricultural cereal fields and forest.
