品酒笔记：美丽的红宝石色泽透出紫罗兰色光，马克西米诺庄主珍藏 2017年份释放出红色水果如樱桃 与覆盆子香气，片刻后，可可、丁香花与紫罗兰气息出现。如同香气上的表现，口感上亦可 感受到樱桃、覆盆子、黑醋栗的风味，与可可与丁香花的香甜。整体而言，这是一款宏大的 酒款，高凝缩感中因为多汁感觉新鲜不腻，成熟的单宁支撑了酒的骨干，余韻悠长深远，令人愉悦。

Vineyard:The Don Maximiano Estate is located in the Aconcagua Valley, and planted to  Cabernet Sauvignon, Carmenere, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc and  Malbec vines that average 30 years in age. e vines thrive on hillsides up to 600  metres above sea level, 60 kilometres from the Pacic Ocean on the southern bank  of the Aconcagua River. e region has a long dry season with moderately warm  summer days cooled by the soft evening breezes that enter the valley from the  Pacic Ocean.

Characteristics:“Of a beautiful ruby red color with violet highlights, the 2017 vintage of Don Maximiano Founder’s Reserve  captivates with aromas reminiscent of red fruits such as cherries and raspberries. Further back some nice notes of  cocoa and clove appear, culminating with a slight oral hint that reminds of violets. Aligned with what is  perceived on the nose, the palate oers cherries, raspberries and cassis avors, plus the sweet notes of cocoa and  clove. Of a wide entrance, it is a generous wine, with good tension and juiciness that provide freshness, framed by  mature tannins that marvelously surround the mouth, along with a long and very pleasant persistence.” - Francisco Baettig, Technical Director.
