History

This painting of the famous painter Philmer represents the Birth of the Harvest. Each year, after a long work in the field of observation and care, the winegrower harvests the best grape that will give birth to the best Bordeaux wines. Le Brind’Amour is a wine produced from vines of the Saint Emilion and Pomerol area.

Tasting comments

 A lovely ruby color.A complex nose of red berry fruit (raspberry, black cherry and blackcurrant), spicy aromas (cinnamon, liquorices, clove) and smoked notes (cocoa, caramel).

On the palate, the wine is round, full-bodied with silky tannins and well balanced. Its finish is long and fruity with notes of caramel and black pepper.

Pairing with red meats, whether grilled or with sauce, as well as with game and soft cheeses. This wine develops even further with two hours decanting before drinking.

酒体呈现迷人的红宝石色。复合了红色浆果香味（覆盆子、黑莓、黑加仑）、辛辣味（肉桂、甘草、丁香）以及烟熏的香气（可可、焦糖）。
