Characteristics:Biodynamic Austrian sparkling wine certified by DEMETER from the local red variety Isabella. This is a wine made using the traditional method of sparkling wines, but with a slight natural twist that is noticeable through its lively acidity. After fermentation, the wine matured for 1 year on the lees in the bottle, followed by disgorgement. It has beautifully creamy rosé bubbles with notes of forest strawberries or raspberry and good persistence. Perfect for the garden, celebrations, and beautiful moments!
