 Whether I have a cold or a stomach virus coming on, when I take this product it knocks it right out. If I don't take it right away and instead take it a few days into a cold, it still knocks it out fast to where I don't suffer all the severe symptoms like others do who don't take it. I have also taken it when I feel like my immune system needs a boost and feel it really helps. This is definitely a staple item in my purse and cabinet at home.
