Raised by his paternal grandparents, young Russell was never told the whereabouts of his parents. Driven by a desire for knowledge of his own history, he attempted to force the world to yield to his yearnings: for truth, clarity and resolve.

As he grew older, and increasingly sophisticated as a philosopher and mathematician, Russell strove to create an objective language with which to describe the world - one free of the biases and slippages of the written word. At the same time, he began courting his first wife, teasing her with riddles and leaning on her during the darker days, when his quest was bogged down by paradoxes, frustrations and the ghosts of his family's secrets. 阿波斯托洛斯·佐克西亚季斯（Apostolos Doxiadis），毕业于哥伦比亚大学数学系，著有畅销书《佩德罗斯叔叔与哥德巴赫猜想》，这是一部围绕数学展开的迷人小说。除了在电影和戏剧方面屡获殊荣外，他还是探索数学和叙事文学关联的先锋。

赫里斯托斯·H.帕帕季米特里乌（Christos H. Papadimitriou），美国加州大学伯克利分校计算机科学专业教授，在计算复杂性和算法博弈论领域获得多个国际奖项，著有小说《图灵：关于计算的小说》。

阿雷卡斯·帕帕达托斯（Alecos Papadatos），在法国和希腊从事电影动画制作二十余年，1997年成为雅典一家知名日报《希腊论坛报》（To Vima）的漫画家。

安妮·迪·唐娜（Annie Di Donna），曾在法国学习图形艺术和绘画，作为动画画家参与过很多作品的制作，其中包括《巴巴》（Babar）和《丁丁》（Tintin）。1991年起，她和丈夫阿雷卡斯·帕帕达托斯共同运营一个动画工作室。

Admitted to Columbia University when he was 15, Apostolos Doxiadis has studied mathematics at both undergraduate and graduate level. An internationally recognised expert on the subjects of mathematics and narrative, he has also worked in film and theatre, and is the author of the international bestseller Uncle Petros and Goldbach's Conjecture.
