该酒款占酒庄总产量的半数，至少取自 7 块地块，葡萄藤树龄介于 65 至 105 年之间。采用 40% 整串发酵工艺，随后于大型橡木桶中熟成至 2020 年 1 月。酒液色泽浓郁明艳，呈紫红色；略带轻微还原风味，但无杂味、干净纯粹，整体活力充沛。入口甜美果香优雅绽放，弥漫甜樱桃风味，单宁质地细腻紧致。酒精度接近 14.5%，却依旧保有清爽口感，整体表现令人惊艳。

Characteristics:
Blended from nine parcels within the appellation, accounting for more than half of the estate’s total surface area, this cuvée is produced by Domaine Thibault Liger‑Belair, also known as Domaine des Pierres Roses.
After hand harvesting, this 100% Gamay wine is vinified with nearly 40% whole clusters, undergoing a long, gentle fermentation.

Jasper Morris MW 89-91/100

This cuvée represents half the total production and comes from 7 plots of vines aged between 65 and 105 years. 40% whole bunch vinification, with the wine then matured in foudres until January 2020. Rich bright purple, with a touch of reduction but not unclean, and full of energy. Delicious sweet fruit opens out beautifully on the palate, sweet cherries and a lovely fine grain. Nearly 14.5% alcohol but this still tastes fresh. Impressive.
