鹰格堡（Clos De Los Siete）酒庄位于阿根廷门多萨省的乌科山谷（Valle de Uco），是一家葡萄酒集团，旗下拥有四个子酒 庄：Bodega Monteviejo、Cuvelier Los Andes、Bodega Diamandes 和 Bodega Rolland。目前由著名酿酒师米歇尔·罗兰（Michel Rolland）领导管理、酿造。

鹰格堡坐落于门多萨省南部约120 公里的图努扬（Tunuyan），葡萄园总面积达850公顷，位于海拔1000到1200米的山坡上，主要由南向和东向的斜坡组成。

该酒庄于1998 年由米歇尔·罗兰创建，他也是一位国际知名的飞行酿酒师。值得一提的是，鹰格堡不是飞行酿酒而是他亲自酿造的酒，鹰格堡酒庄是米歇尔·罗兰在波尔多地区以外拥有的唯一葡萄园。

酒庄与多个法国列级酒庄保持良好合作，酒庄的七位创始人各自为酒款增添了独特风味，因此酒标上也印有代表七位创始人的七星图案。

鹰格堡主要种植的葡萄品种包括：马尔贝克（Malbec）、赤霞珠（Cabernet Sauvignon）、美乐（Merlot）和西拉（Syrah）。葡萄园内采用滴灌系统进行灌溉，葡萄成熟后手工采摘，之后在不锈钢罐中发酵，并在法国橡木桶中陈酿。

Clos De Los Siete winery is located in Valle de Uco, Mendoza, Argentina. It is part of a wine group that includes four subsidiary wineries: Bodega Monteviejo, Cuvelier Los Andes, Bodega Diamandes, and Bodega Rolland. The winery is currently managed by renowned winemaker Michel Rolland.

Situated about 120 kilometers south of Mendoza, in the town of Tunuyan, the Clos De Los Siete vineyard spans a total area of 850 hectares at an elevation of 1,000 to 1,200 meters. The vineyard is composed of south- and east-facing slopes. It was founded in 1998 by Michel Rolland, who is also an internationally acclaimed flying winemaker. Notably, Clos De Los Siete is the only vineyard Rolland owns outside of Bordeaux.

The winery maintains strong collaborations with several classified French estates, and its seven founding members each contribute their own distinctive touch to the wines. The elegant wine label features a sevenstar emblem, symbolizing the seven founders.

 Clos De Los Siete mainly grows grape varieties such as Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Syrah. The vineyard uses drip irrigation, and once the grapes are ripe, they are hand-picked.The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, followed by aging in French oak barrels.
