酒庄故事

History of the Winery

1998年玛斯杜易诗酒庄(Celler Mas Doix)由Doix和Llagostera家族联合创办,他们希望以传统的方式传递他们对自然生活方式的理解。在联合建筑庄之前,Doix家族已经有5代人从事葡萄酒行业的种植和酿造业,经验颇丰。其家族在1920年的根瘤蚜虫灾害之后,逐步重建葡萄园,并重点栽培佳丽酿(Cariñena)和歌海娜(Garnacha)葡萄。
Founded in 1998 by members of the Doix and Llagostera families, Mas Doix aims to restore the tradition and transmit their natural way of life. The Doix family has been cultivating and making wine for five generations. After the phylloxera in 1920, they restored the vineyard to plant Cariñena and Garnacha.

In 1998, Valentín Llagostera, together with Ramon Llagostera and Josep Maria Doix, decided to revitalize the vineyards that had been carefully cultivated and maintained by their fathers since 1920. In 1999, they finally produced their first bottle of wine, Doix 1999.

风土&理念   

Terroir & Philosophy

玛斯杜易诗酒庄位于西班牙塔拉戈纳省(Tarragona)的波沃莱达(Poboleda)市。它位于知名葡萄酒产区普里奥拉托(Priorat)的东北部,地理位置良好,拥有凉爽的微气候,但平均降水量较高于整个产区。这种独特的气候是由于蒙桑特(Montsant)山麓和丘拉纳河(Riu Siurana)山谷共同造就的。
Mas Doix’s has an advantaged location in Poboleda, a municipality in the province of Tarragona, Spain. It is located in the northeast of Priorat, which has a cooler microclimate but a higher percentage of rainfall. This uniqueness is due to Poboleda's location in the foothills of the Montsant mountains and in the Riu Siurana valley.

葡萄园的板岩土壤(Licorella)是当地一种古老的酸性多孔类土壤,至今有3亿至4亿年的历史,有机质仅有2%。葡萄树的根部需要沿着板岩上的裂缝往地下深处生长才能以获取它们所需要的水份和养料。
Licorella is a very old acidic and porous soil type there, 300 to 400 million years old, with only 2% organic matter. The roots of vines must grow along the cracks in the slate in order to obtain the water they need.

当地昼夜温差较大,下午3点时温度有时可达40℃,而凌晨3点时则会降至16℃,这非常利于减缓葡萄的成熟过程,保持其酸度的平衡。
The temperature varies significantly during day and night. It can reach 40℃ at 3 pm and drop to 16℃ at 3 am, which helps to slower the ripening process and add more acidity.

从葡萄到酒

From Grapes to Wines

每个葡萄园都有自己独一无二的表达方式。玛斯杜易诗酒庄的目标是让每个葡萄园发挥各自的特色,除了对葡萄园的深入了解,并在最适当的条件下种植葡萄树,且大部分在葡萄园里的工作都是由手工完成。
Each vineyard is unique with its own expression. Mas Doix’s goal is to get each vineyard express its own character, first by getting to know the vineyards and then cultivating them in an optimal condition, and also most of the work is done manually in the vineyards.

葡萄采收的时间点对于酒庄来说至关重要,只有在葡萄糖分、酸度和酚类成熟度之间达到完美平衡时进行采收。在采收后,葡萄会被除梗并逐粒精选。
The timing for the grape harvest is very important for the winery. They choose to harvest when there is a perfect balance between sugar, acidity, and phenolic ripeness. After harvesting and destemming, the grapes are then discreetly selected.
