方方，现任北京大学党委教师工作部部长、人事部部长、人才交流与培训中心主任（兼）、师资人才办公室主任（兼）《大学与学科》杂志主编，美国明尼苏达大学哲学博士。曾入选北京大学“优秀青年人才引进计划”，获“百人计划”特聘研究员职位。
