地理起源：俯瞰热夫雷 - 香贝丹（Gevrey-Chambertin）山坡，延伸至科通（Corton）森林，上科茨（Hautes Côtes）葡萄园位于著名的夜丘（Côte de Nuits）正上方的高原地带，海拔 300 至 400 米。

土壤：葡萄园种植于石灰质黏土壤土，朝向从南至东，为葡萄藤提供醉佳日照条件。

酿造工艺：在温控罐中 20°C 低温发酵，以保留该品种的所有清新感与香气。葡萄酒主要在酒桶中带酒泥陈酿，并搅拌 10 至 12 个月。

Geographical:Overlooking the Gevrey-Chambertin slope and stretching to the  Corton wood, the vineyards of the Hautes Côtes are located on a  plateau just above the famed Côte de Nuits, at an altitude of  between 300 and 400 metres.

Soil:Planted in calcareous clay soil, the orientation of the vineyards  ranges from south to east, which gives the vines optimal  exposure to the sun.

Vinification: Vinification takes place at 20°C in temperature-controlled tanks to  preserve all of the freshness and aromas of this varietal. The  wine is aged primarily in vats on the lees with stirring for 10 to 12  months. 

Characteristics：
 Visual Beautiful straw yellow in colour.
 Nose Very fresh, with predominant, fragrant minerality.  Palate The palate is coherent with the nose. Very harmonious,  considerable finesse, precise, chiselled flavours that leave a lovely  sensation of freshness in the mouth.
