小岛秀夫（こじま ひでお、Hideo Kojima），1963年8月24日出生于东京都世田谷区。日本殿堂级游戏设计师。曾担任日本KONAMI数字娱乐行政人员、创意主任。现与索尼电脑娱乐合作后成为独立的游戏开发团队－小岛制作（小岛プロダクション、Kojima Productions）的总指挥。

小岛秀夫因主导开发了世界上第一款战术谍报动作游戏《合金装备》（又名《潜龙谍影》）系列而名声大噪，成为全世界*知名的游戏制作人及日本游戏界的标志性人物之一。
