品酒笔记：
开瓶后扑鼻的紫罗兰，蓝莓，黄油完美融合的香气。 口感丝滑紧致，犹如巧克力入口即化的饱满。熟透后手工采摘，分拣，去梗，整粒倒入罐中。

酿造工艺：
冷却沉淀和发酵15天。然后转移至苹果乳酸发酵，并在100%的新橡木桶中陈酿12个月。

Characteristics:
Open with a nose of violets, blueberries and butter. The palate is silky and tight, like chocolate melts in your mouth. 

Winemaking：
Hand harvested after fully matured, sorted, and destemmed, then the whole granules were poured into the tank. Cold settling and fermenting for 15 days. Then transferred to precede malolactic fermentation and aged in 100% new oak barrels for 12 months.
